I Cannot Send or Receive SMS?

If you cannot send or receive SMS, please perform the following checks:
  1. Do you have credit on your phone; to check your credit balance dial *110# or call 1755.
  1. Is the correct SMS centre number installed in your phone?
  • Access your phones menu.
  • Select messages.
  • Select message settings and check the message center number; the correct centre number is +966576001441.
  • If you have an iPhone, you will need to dial **5005*7672*+966576001441# and then press the call button to change your SMS Centre number.
  1. If sending an international SMS, please ensure you are including the country code followed by the mobile number (without the 0 in the beginning).
  1. Are you connected to our network; Lebara should be displayed on your phone screen.
 If you are not connected to our network, please perform a manual network search by first switching your network mode from automatic to manual.
  1. Access your phones menu.
  2. Select network settings.
  3. Select network selection or connectivity.
  4. Select manual network search.
  5. After your handset scans all networks in the area, select a non Lebara network to reset your network settings
  6. Repeat the manual network search again and now select Lebara as your network.
